Refund Policy - the basics

Standard Cancellation Terms

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date: The 30% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. No additional charges will apply.
Cancellations made 30 days or fewer prior to the arrival date: The full rental amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued.

Early Departure

No refunds will be provided for early departures or shortened stays after check-in.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show (failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice), the reservation will be considered canceled and 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

This Cancellation Policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding agreement until a reservation is confirmed. By booking a stay, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

The property owner or management reserves the right to modify, update, or make exceptions to this policy at any time, at their sole discretion, and without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect existing bookings unless required by law.
